Jeff is an experienced baker and cook. Following stints at the legendary El Bulli, French Laundry and Noma, he's spent the last few years baking bread for the best restaurants in Montreal. Jeff is known and respected by many in the culinary community. Naturally his next move was to open Hof Kelsten bakery, a creative outlet for all of his amazing baked creations as well as specialty coffee and scrumptious lunch/brunch options.
