Dana and her staff take their time going over the different kinds of cuts. They will also let you know what your animal needs from you, for proper maintenance that you should be doing at home in between there grooming appointments.

I have tried a few places and once I found pawsitively purrfect pet spa I was sold! The cuts were exactly what I asked for no mistakes. I really liked that they didn't bring my dogs into a back room where who knows what could be done to them. I felt like they knew how to treat the animals properly and had nothing to hide.
I have been getting my dog groomed for many years at Positively Purrfect Pet Spa. The customer service is always fast and friendly. My dog has very difficult hair to cut and every cut has been spot on, no issues at all.
If you are on facebook you have seen my standard poodle Mozart. I get compliments everywhere I go on how beautifully he is groomed. Dana goes out of her way to accommodate him as he has a seizure disorder and needs to have a quiet day for his appointments at the spa. When I come to pick him up she is often carrying him like a baby on her hip. He won't let me do that! He truly loves Dana.
Fantastic experience! My dog is difficult and the girls here are able to deal with her with ease. Have a great groom each and every time. Highly recommend this place to all my friends.
Had a terrible time with this groomer, never got the same hair cut as always, missing sections, owner got on phone and said to me that I didn't like to pay?? (not me) and that if I wanted her to cut my dog again I would have to pay 75.00 and she never groomed my dog in the fist place??? very rude and unbusiness like. Never go there again.
