We had a flood from our 2nd floor toilet and the water leaked through to to the main floor, doing extensive damage to the living and dining rooms, and leaked through to the basement and destroyed about 2/3rds of our basement, Service master came in and did a great job cleaning up the water, then demolishing all the areas that needed to be done and taking everything down to the studs. They were timely, efficient, and a joy to work with. They let us know the exact timelines, A great job!
I stumbled upon a coupon for Service Master, and I have to be honest I went for price upfront when I was reviewing quotes from various companies.
That said they offered the best price by far and offered to honor my coupon (that was expiring). With that, there service was great. The service agent showed up right on time and did a fantastic job.
I would not hesitate to recommend Service Master to anyone looking to clean their carpets, and would not hesitate to use them again myself.
