I have always enjoyed the Trico Centre for Family Wellness. I find that the 40 day challenge in particular gets me into a great groove and I can either do my own thing or attend a number of offered classes on land or in the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend joining organization. It is the best in the city and affordable.
If you love the 1980s, this gym is for you. Be it the equipment, music or hours, its all 80s, all the time - except for the fees - they are up to date. If you are hungry in the gym, you can eat junk food in here - its all good.
Recently i attended the swimming pool at the trico centre. They have just finished some renos and from what it looked like before it has many changes. they have done an excellent job in creating a new facility, the pool is great and the ice rinks look great. Cant wait to get my swim on again!
