Kathleen was my realtor in 2019 when I was in the process of purchasing a home from a builder in Cochrane. I really appreciated how personable Kathleen was and her insight helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision. On the downside, I found her to be extremely unreliable when it came to time management and showing up to meetings. To one walkthrough meeting, she showed up 30 minutes late and she didn’t show up to my possession walkthrough at all.
