A stone was ordered, 11 months later, nothing! The cemetery had not been contacted, the ordered stone had to be changed because the first one was 'not available'. Excuses every time we called, nothing appeared to be done after waiting 11 months. Not a good businessman, avoid at all costs

Terrible experience

Losing someone you love or care deeply about is already very painful experience. You would expect that someone working in this business would try to provide as much as possible stress free service. Instead the salesman, he said he was the store owner, was not just very unprofessional but impolite and arrogant. I phoned him twice tried to get a quote, but was told that it best to come. When I came to the shop salesman/owner was unprepared, unprofessional and very rude. Go some where else.
