Berry Homes Ltd

Moved into our new Berry Home in Spruce Grove in March 2018. Have had many issues. All windows neeed to be replaced.Front driveway is sinking and now have damage at Garage entrance. Berry Homes do not want to take responsiblity for this. Upstairs floors are sqeeking and I have already inserted at least three hundred screws to correct. Berry Homes attention to detail and follow-up is poor. Talked to neigbors who also purchased a Berry Home and all say the same thing. Don't buy a Berry Home

- Uneven ceiling (Pillowing) – Master bedroom – entire ceiling - Uneven Ceiling (Pillowing) – Main floor ceiling near backdoor - Gap between door and jamb not uniform – all exterior doors - Windows leaking some sort of brown substance - Concrete floor in basement is uneven and slopes towards the next unit. Just some of my issues with the builder. Horrible builder. Stay away.
