We walked in and there was lipstick on two of the cups. I saw the owner blow her nose without washing her hands and then serving food. This was last week before the conovirus shutdown. When I paid, she actually said that I didn’t leave enough of a tip and that she has to pay her other server. I actually called her out in front of everyone inside the restaurant and said the dishes are dirty and she didn’t wash her hands after blowing her nose and serving food and I am scared what the kitchen does
