Edmonton’s only revolving restaurant, La Ronde, will serve a spectacular three-course dinner with a view that can’t be beat. For the first course, savour mushroom chowder, made with wild Alberta mushrooms. Then, dive into maple and black pepper baked salmon, which comes with lemon sage butter sauce, grilled fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables. For the final course, feast upon a lemon raspberry tart (if you have any room left, that is).
