Lier, unprofessional, unethical
On April 28,29,30, the store installed carpet for my house, left two cuts in one room and color variation in hall way.
Charged me 1232 sgft, but only delivered 930.8 sqft.
I reported the defects and was told the gap will settle by itself within 7 to 10 days.
Lie, lie, lie, stay away from it.
Any one can tell me how should we get people do right when they do not.
I would not recommend shopping here for your home renovations flooring, tiles etc. We had tile work done in our kitchen which was not not very professional. The contract worker referred to us by Avneet from TileMart not very skilled in doing tiles. He was messing, dirty, tiles uneven, his cuts terrible and the last row was a total disaster. My husband will have to redo that mess. Complained to Avneet who did not listen to us and basically ignored our complaint. He did no stand up for us.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! If I could give a negative star I would!! Horrible horrible customer service! Dropped a boat load of cash for laminate for basement and need one piece to finish stairs as I was short. Have been waiting over a month!! Called and dropped in numerous times and nothing. Owner lied over and over. Now I’m stuck having to do his job and locate one piece! Worst service EVER! Again, DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Do not support this business! They get all their buddies to prop up their reviews when really they are just the worst. Carry cheap no name Chinese tiles that cant be reordered if necessary, terrible customer service that only wants your money once they have it they really dont care about anything after that fact - just like greasy car salesmen.
You can buy any tile from tilemart with 10%guaranteed beat prices than any other stores . I bought whole house flooring from them and got really good deal on whole house flooring . Highly recommended for renovations and high end homes

Bad Bad Bad I can show you a picture of how they did our tile flooring not professional at all. I could have done better and I am not a professional at all.
At first the service comes across good, until you complain or are unhappy! The store was out front not to bad, but the back untidy on having to climb to look for tiles. WCB would have a fit! They told us they could get tiles in no problem, so we pay for our tiles. They never came in when the were suppose. Then wrong ones. Don't use there tilers, our job not completed and they won't complete. Lets just say this is going to be going to small claims court. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!
