At our facility, each dog receives his/her individual heated indoor suite. Indoor suites vary in size, and include a rubber matted sleeping area with adjoining indoor run. Suites are large enough for sharing with multiple dogs from the same household. Outdoor runs are available (weather permitting) and are covered and spacious for those that enjoy the outdoor country atmosphere. Each outdoor run comes complete with individual dog house. We are able to accommodate all breeds and even intact dogs. We do offer group play by request to our well socialized, spayed/neutered guests. We also offer daycare and airport services. You can rest assured knowing your best friend is being pampered and loved on their vacation, so you can enjoy yours!

These girls are much too busy running their hobby farm to have time for more than the absolute necessities. Theyll take your money and in exchange, your dog will be fed and let out for 3 quick pee breaks. Playtime photos are staged. Country walks is a complete lie. Insist on a tour before taking your dog here. Disgusting and almost criminal. I wouldnt leave my dog here if they paid ME.
I was away for 2 weeks and left my pets, 2 cats and 1 senior Labrador at Kingsfield Kennels for the first time. I was very impressed with the service and commitment from the owner and her staff. When I picked up my pets all 3 were obviously happy and looked well cared for. Thank you for your time and caring approach.
At this dingy kennel, your dog's most basic needs will be met. He or she will be fed and let outside for 3 very short bathroom breaks per day. That is all. If your dog hates fun/attention, this is the place for him/her.
If you're considering leaving your dog here, I urge you to ask for a walk-through first, as pictures can be very misleading. You may change your mind when you see it firsthand.
I was given a quote that they did not hold up on in the end my bill was double what they said. also my dogs were never walked. and only let out of the small cement cell 3 times a day. to go to another outdoor small dog run. nothing you see in pictures looks that way. I suggest you go see it first...you will leave without booking your dog in and will feel better about it...you deal with a different person every time you call or go in, so if there is any confusion it's not on them!
I felt this astabliment was unorganized,disfunctional and unsanitary. I gave all my dogs flea and worm treatment after picking them up. and YES! I took them out early. As I felt horrible leaving them.

I am sorry about the error on your bill. The original quote was for 4 dogs and my staff were confused when you had brought the extra dog unexpectedly, so they did make a billing error. I left a message offering a refund of the overcharge but did not hear back from you. I would still be willing to refund the difference but I do need you to contact me. I had no idea that you had any concerns after the almost 3 week stay. I was on site when you picked up the dogs on May 18 and would have solved the issue of charges for you had it been brought to my attention at the time.
Kingsfield Kennels has a very large base of regular and repeat clients because we provide quality care at a reasonable price. That reputation is very important to me. I have high standards for my establishment and would have loved the chance to discuss the concerns you had at that time. As I am sure you can appreciate, mistakes do happen, but I always do my best to correct them and ensure customers leave happy to the best of my ability. I would welcome the opportunity to resolve this issue with you.
