The dispatcher, at least, is very rude and unprofessional. I called twice in a span of 40 minutes. Each time I called he said that the taxi was on its way and should be where I was in no time. After 40 minutes, he would not answer the call anymore. The taxi never came. I never received a call explaining what had happened or even got an apology. This is totally unacceptable. Actually, another similar incident happened to one of my friends. I did not heed the person's warning and now I regret it.
