Communication with “Kevin” began where ideas were shared and I was told they’d be able to make me something. After 2 weeks of ignoring my emails when I’d ask about updates, I have not heard back. This was supposed to be a memorial piece and meant a lot to me. Their lack of professionalism has left me salty. Go to a tattoo shop where they value their customers. Also just learned about their jiffy marker fiasco. Yikes. Think I may have dodged a bullet, really!
