One's Nails

Horrible experience. Waited 20 minutes for my appointment, when they finally got to me,claimed I wasn’t in their book. I showed them proof, didn’t acknowledge it. Another lady gave me her appointment and I was treated like dirt. Quick and poor job was done. I was told certain things that have always been included were now extra charge. Had to fight to get a top coat put on because she insisted she already put it on when she did not. Plenty of other excellent salons around, do not recommend ones.
