Shady business had their government stamp taken away for a month

My husband and I had a cow butchered here. We got steaks and ground beef. The steaks look, smell, and taste amazing. The ground beef on the other hand, is just nasty. It smells like it’s old. It has hardly any colour to it and there is no blood in it. It is very pale pinkish colour. I don’t know what they did, but something is wrong with it and when confronted about, they told us there is nothing they can do. We are going to have to throw it away now because I can’t even eat it, it tastes so bad
