Unbelievable. This company sucks. Saw my package was stuck in Burnaby for several days. Contact their support and they confirmed I could go pick it up at the Burnaby terminal. Drove 45 minutes to get there waited 35 minutes for them to look for it. Apparently they lost it. They were very unhelpful. Could not offer any solution. I will be contacting the merchant not to use this carrier.
Poor service, the driver didnt even deliver my package to my place. And wrote that i have a bad address and cannot deliver. Take note: This is not the first time. The driver didnt even used the intercom to my unit to contact me. Walmart shouldnt use this Loomis to deliver their product. Very poor service. I would like to give negative rate for this.
even a star they not deserved. The order was not on schedule as expected, they will contact you and their excuse was could not find your address. The worst thing next when you tried to contact they provided NO answer.
I have phoned twice now to reschedule a delivery, each time it does not show up. The tracking site stated on each occasion that it was brought back to their depot! I waited at home all day for two days to receive delivery. Their live chat feature does not work. Spotty help over the phone, one person sounded helpful, the other person very indifferent. Will not ever support the merchant(s) who choses Loomis for shipment. Very frustrating.
My package has been scanned through Burnaby ten times now. It was shipped 23 days ago. Customer service has been contacted 4 times and they are still holding my package for pick up when I live 8 hours away.
We ordered an item. It was delivered to another person on a completely different street that has the same first name as my husband. The street address and last name are both different. It was dropped on his doorstep.
Hoping to make a claim. No way to get through to the website. No way to get through the local number. What a useless organization, certainly no customer service. Wont ever use them again.

As other courier services deliver my parcels this past week loomis cant seem to get their act together to even attempt a delivery. They have held my phone all week. I have called four times and waited on hold for 45 min each time. They say they will call me back but never do. Say it is a bad address.. not true and has been confirmed with them all four times. Other couriers seem to be able to find it. Telus needs to find another service cause this is resulting in them loosing a sale.
LOOMIS is very difficult to get a hold of. All I wanted to do was pick up my parcel
