I have searched for your file and was unable to locate it. As late as the date is, we would still like to see if there is something that can be done to remedy your situation if it has not been dealt with by previous staff. Please contact the office and ask to speak to myself, Bernice, the new office manager.

If you have questions about your insurance or financial statement it is best to call the office to find out what has happened and they will do their best to resolve your questions or help with insurance issues. Bear in mind that the privacy act restricts information that your insurance will give a third party ( your dental office).
