Had to purchase a electric recliner on short notice for a medical situation; store was very understanding of the need, and found one in the warehouse for us. Much appreciated helping us out on short notice with family member patient care.

Purchased an extended warranty and when the fabric began to peel were advised the store has nothing to do with the warranty and then referred to the warranty company who came and saw the peeling and said that it was defective material but Laz Boy stopped making the material so they would not do anything. Dont trust the store and their extended warranty they dont stand behind it

Our sales rep was attentive and good listener - she made wonderful suggestions and was thorough in putting together our order. The store designer was warm, friendly and very helpful.

My husband and I had an amazing experience shopping here. Dorothy Au greeted us when we walked in and helped us choose not only what we came in for but we ended up re-furnishing our entire living room. That was greatly due to the free at home design consultation that Dorothy set up for us with Kasia Eng. Kasia was amazing and had wonderful ideas for how to change up our living room. With both of their help we left very happy with our purchases and will be back to shop here again.

Dorothy was very attentive to our needs for specific features we were looking for in a motorized recliner and led us immediately to those that met our requirements, and she even knew which specific colours each of those came in. We were very happy with her service.

Right from my phone inquiry and then at the retail store in Coquitlam B C the sales person Leon was patient, thorough and assisted me to get the recliner that suits me. I highly recommend that you ask for Leon when you go there!
