Colleen founded Twin Rinks Physiotherapy Clinic in 1994. Born and raised in Winnipeg, she graduated from the University of Manitoba, School of Rehabilitation Medicine in 1988. Colleen received a diploma in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy in 1998 and Acupuncture certification in 1993. She is certified in IMS Gunn Intramuscular Neural Stimulation and is a member of iSTOP (Institute for the Study and Treatment of Pain). IMS is a dry needling technique for patients with chronic pain and long standing musculoskeletal problems. Colleen has taken special interest in the concept of core stability and has developed an exercise program to help people improve their spinal stabilization.
