Above and beyond
Amazing, friendly service. Really wonderful to deal with. Gray and Rainbow went above and beyond to make sure I would be able to use the fireplace on my recently purchased home without any issues. They didn't just do a great job of cleaning the chimney, they went out out of their way to help me out. Rainbow fixed some bricks that had come loose and both Gray and Rainbow gave valuable tips and advice on insurance requirements and code for my Wett Inspection. I can't recommend Master Sweep enough.

Master Sweep was a word of mouth recommendation to us. We have been exceedingly happy with the quality of work provided and the care they take in preparation and cleaning up afterwords. Easy to reach and quick to follow up. Top notch!
I would like to say that they were good but they have a very poor attitude!!! I got a different sweep after I had master sweep at my house I had West Kelowna chimney cleaning and they were very nice and a lot cheaper then master sweep

Great Service
We recently bought a house. Neither my husband or I had ever used a fireplace before. We figured it was a good idea to get it checked out. Rainbow and Gray not only cleaned out our chimney, they gave us the down low on how to have a fire indoors safely. I would highly recommend them.
