Do not give these people your business, they never answer their phones and if u do get through to a receptionist you are met with attitude and given excuses on why they have to answer the phones for another branch. It’s not really my business why employees are off work! Sounds like a completely dysfunctional workplace. I was tired of waiting for a call back again, so I went into the Nanaimo branch in July 2020 a woman in the front was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. Not acceptable

A total collapse in the continuation of care after being released from the hospital. They could not care any less about my medical issues. There is no communication between staff. The worst customer service experience ever.
