We have now spent $2600 to have several technicians visit our house with no resolution and still no fix to our hot water issue.
This company has taken $2600 and we are still facing the same problem we had a month ago. I totally regret calling this company in, and do not recommend this company to anyone. They completely have gone against their word and now I have lost all confidence in their skills and knowledge of the furnace system.
