Limited selections. Sales associate could not be more rude and unprofessional when we did not make a purchase and rolled her eyes as though we had wasted her time. Should expect higher quality customer service.
I negotiated a price for a ring, and paid for it. I was to supply the center stone in an effort to save money. I left them with my newly purchased ring and my own stone and the assurance that if I didn't like white gold I could switch it to yellow.
Two days later I got a phone call from Lyn saying that her "boss" told her she hadn't charged enough for the ring and she wanted $500 more dollars. I said no way. Was I trying to put them out of business, she asked. Then she said that my stone was too small to fit the new ring. Victor, the master jeweller apparently couldn't guarantee his workmanship to move the prongs on the ring himself. But for an extra $250 he'd order a different ring with tighter prongs. When the ring arrived, it was so uncomfortable that I couldn't wear it. I took it in to exchange it for yellow gold and to have the ring made wearable. Guess what...with the prongs moved it's now custom made. No returns, refunds, exchanges. I'm stuck with a ring I don't like.
