Last thing that is considered are their clients - must keep employees happy first. So many unhappy clients and they don't care as is the tradition of Okanagan Strata Management. Employees they keep care more about themselves than the company and are paid way too much. I'd never live in a strata they were managing - fees unnecessarily charged are way too much and not necessary, communication between property manager and so called property accountant is horrible and absolutely no accountability
