This place is a joke. First off, I brought in my pre-authorized payment form from my bank to give to them so I could go on a payment plan. They somehow managed to lose the form because they don't even have it on file. Therefore, all of my payments did not come out. They did not call me nor did ICBC to say anything was wrong. I then made and appointment with Jennifer who is the MANAGER and she was supposed to meet me there at 1pm and when I went in she wasn't there. Awful experience!
