The Richmond Delta Branch -Navy League of Canada is a non profit volunteer organization, serving youth, ages 9-18 , in the Richmond community since 1964. We build self respect and discipline through leadership and skills training for young citizens and immigrants to Canada. We have the highest ratio of competitive awards and test scores achieved by a Sea Cadet Corps nationally, as a result of the high level of officers and instructors training and teaching.
