Terrible! The business practices of this business do nothing to create customer loyalty. They do not refund or exchange goods even if you bought the wrong size of bead. They have now lost a customer and they have made it clear that buying on line is preferable to taking your chances with these guys. I have been so used to businesses who want repeat customers and have customer service that I was stunned at this response!

Called this business yesterday evening. They lady on the phone was really nice and polite I asked her if she carried an item and she said she did altho the kind I wanted she said was on her order form. .. so she checked while still talking to me and there was one left!! So she happily put it aside for me until today. I would deffinently recommend this business!!! :)
