Worst experience ever by young Asian male staff member on 29 December at 7pm. he was rude, unhelpful, arrogant, impatient and even had the audacity to call me a vulgar ...and still keep his job.
I asked for some in depth a simple inquiry as to why my MoneyMart card, (with loads of cash on it), was getting declined. Zero help, just blabbed on about how there are no system problems.
