doctorless - review of one receptionist

Was delighted to find this clinic. I found most of the staff to be wonderful. However they will not treat me. I have no doctor. I am seriously ill. This is actually due to one receptionist at the clinic. If patients are not to be believed then the system needs some way of determining if you have a doctor or not. It may be too late for me but it does not need to be too late for others. And this problem is way beyond just this clinic. Everyone deserves access to health care including me.
