A family business that reverts to thug tactics (Collection Agency) when it is tired of you trying to resolve your dissatisfaction with their services. They will sell you anything to make a sale; we relied on them for their guidance on selecting and installing our dream cork floor. The whole experience has been and is a nightmare. This cork should not be in bathrooms (in 2) now all warranty is void. Installer was a train wreck, staff lax, suggested fixes inane. So much more, so little space!
A good way to tell if a business is good is how they address and respond to concerns and problems. We had an issue with a product that we purchased and Cranbrook Flooring partnered with us in every way to get the issue resolved with the manufacturer. They never let us down. They were respectful of our concerns. They followed up and ultimately the issue was resolved t our full satisfaction. We have never come across such commitment to customer satisfaction before.
I am so happy with the work they did. My husband said the guys in store were super helpful and the installers were personable. It was a surprise from my husband to me, that he finish our kitchen. What a great surprise. The tiles look perfect!

We were in a few weeks ago and received great service from all of the staff there. We got a great deal on vinyl plank flooring and the installer did a great job on the install and clean up. We will be back to do our basement next.
Love the work they did for us at the Brook Centre! Couldn't be happier with our commercial vinyl plank, and Jay did the installation in a timely manner! $1.99 sq. ft. seemed more than fair even for regular price!
My husband and I came in the first time to Cranbrook Flooring to redo our bathroom floors. It was only a small space but were treated so well. We returned to do a much larger space (multiple rooms) in our home. They had a quote to us within a couple of days and the work completed within a few weeks! Their installers were so friendly and our home looks incredible!
Honestly great experience. They had what I needed in stock, and didn't treat me any different from someone doing a large area (unlike other stores I visited) . Stored my carpet until I was ready for it, very accommodating.
the only thing I recommend about Cranbrook Flooring is that people shop elsewhere. I first walked in there as a brand new customer and I was explained to that they were the best in the business.. I have yet to see anything to be able to even say they're mediocre. Every time I tried to reach my sales person I have to wait hours or even days to hear back from him. Lastly, they certainly do enjoy taking your money; even though they say they are giving you a deal, expect to pay above sale price.
sadly, we had placed an order for some granite, after some late delays,, contractor on hold,,, cranbrook flooring finally showed up with some boxes of tile, we ordered a black granite, we received white, with shades of Gray,, some of them had square edges,, some were rounded edges, with rounded corners,,
took it back, they said " you get what you get " to my mom,,,
guess they never thought a single woman would say hi!
