Created4meEarly Learning Centre Inc. is a dual site child care facility located in the East St. Paul Community. We are a non-profit, charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our members include both parents and community members. Created4Me Early Learning Centre started as Narol Children's Centre. NCC was founded in 1974 by experienced teachers and enthusiastic parents who believed that offering a quality educational experience was their primary goal.
