I was very thrilled to be going skydiving for the first time and when the day came I was very disappointed. The day that was originally booked, the weather was not so good which lead the them cancelling and rescheduling to the next day, which I was okay with. However, the next day came and they called at 9 AM to cancel my 4 PM dive because they thought the weather would be not so favourable again. It was gorgeous out that day, but they felt the need to reschedule for the next day again. Third shot of going skydiving I decided to drive out there whether or not they called to cancel again because it was the last day I could go skydiving before Adventure Skydiving left Thunder Bay, plus it was absolutely gorgeous out so there was no excuse. When I got out there they were watching a movie and eating pizza and said that they could not take me up because they were expecting it to get windy soon, even though there was no wind at the time. I told them I could not reschedule for a fourth day in a row, which is when they told me that I could not get my 200 dollar deposit back. I found this absolutely ridiculous especially since they were the problem, not I. They then suggested that I drive 8 hours to the Winnipeg area to skydive there. It was astonishing. Do not book through Adventure Skydiving. They are very unprofessional.
