Let me tell you about my experience at NINE WEST at Polo Park today. I was with my lovely daughter last October when she purchased these beautiful shoes for me. I wore them twice last fall and again on Tuesday this week to work. Mid morning I felt something biting into the bottom of my heel. On removal of the shoe I could see that the screws holding the heel were coming out. You can see from the pictures that there is NO damage anywhere on the shoe.
