One activity included handing out smiley face cookies to students and staff in the forum during a lunch hour. The aim of the smiley face cookies was to create a positive spin on a difficult topic. The students really enjoyed the chance to make conversation with the customers. The management and staff appreciated the students' help and the Store Manager, Jean Guitar, even took the time to talk with each of the students, and provided them with a lovely cake and soft drinks as a thank you.
