    Not impressed !

    Worse taxi company I ever seen in my life! First I had to wait for more than 30 min while I was in hurry! Then my nice neighbour offered me ride. I called them to let them know. The guy was rude and told me I can't cancel my taxi!!! Wow what a great customer service! Sometimes I had to wait one or two hours for taxi! I think it is time I learn driving and not depend on rude taxi driver or taxi company !

    If I could give a...

    If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I have been retrying this cab company multiple times thinking that each time would be different but I'm sadly mistaken. Today is when I am drawing the line. I called and reserved a cab at 1pm for 3:30pm to go to work and it is 20 minutes late, when I called they said the cab would be there soon but it is now 4pm and I'm still waiting... Meaning I am late for work because of this company for at least the third time.
