Be careful! He wants money before signing a contract?!!? A contract is meant to be an agreement for business and he feels that he deserves money before having to sign his own agreement. All we needed was a signed contract before sending the deposit. Let's be honest, he signs a contract and we don't pay, he doesn't have to show up. We send money and he doesn't sign/show up, we never get our money back. He thinks he's right and we can't even imagine the horrible customer service we'd receive.
