Shaun O’Hearn, the president and co-founder of Nine Locks Brewing Company, was a restaurateur for years before he discovered craft beer, but he built a brewpub under his Halifax landmark pub and eatery and then went on to establish the Nine Locks Brewing Company Ltd. We brew all of our beer in small batches using natural ingredients with no filtration, no pasteurization and never use any preservatives.
