Love the building...

Love the building and the people who run it. The onsite supers were great. I lived in the building for 5 years and was very sad the day I moved out west for a Job. There were a few different supers over the time I was there but the current ones Kurt and Jennifer are great. They keep the building clean and well kept. They respond to any complaints in a timely manor. The other girls that work in the office (I never caught their names) were always pleasant and nice. Highly recommend the place.

Absolutely the worst Landlords and owner I've experienced. Not only will they ignore every complaint about constant construction, which is so loud you will have to yell to the person in the same room for them to hear you, and in the winter, the radiators will make a VERY loud bang at any time of the night, Have had it happen at 1am, and 3am. Elevators frequently go out of service, rent is VERY overpriced, and the landlords don't even have the decency to call ahead before just showing up at your door. The construction starts at around 9am, and goes until 5pm. So if you have a nice day off from work, don't think you'll get to relax in peace and quiet. You'll hardly be able to hear yourself think, and I"m not exaggerating. So many people are moving out the landlords have to put up signs to tell everyone about how to move out. Absolutely horrible landlords and owner. Over $1000 a month for no respect.
