Crabby Joe's= Crabby Schmo's ?

Midweek lunch - 8 tables were occupied totaling 27 patrons. I had lots of time to look around and count. Felt like the waitress was doing us a favour by acknowledging our table. Then she'd disappear for quite awhile. YUCK ! The menu's, tabletop (vinyl cover) and seats were all sticky. Like, at least use a semi-clean rag/cloth to clean the booths !

We were in town for a hockey tournament and visited crabby joes. that was a mistake!! under staffed (yes we made a reservation in advance) under qulified and un impressive. over three hours to be in and out??? would not recomend for large groups

Went there at Lunch. Thank God, I had an hour to kill for a simple burger and fries. It took them an hour to make two burgers and fries. I can honestly say that the burgers we got were the worst ever. I've had less greasy burgers at truck stop greasy spoons. We ended up paying $25 for fries. We only saw the waitress twice. She took our order and dropped of our meals and disappeared the rest of the time. I had to stand at the front to pay as there was no waitress to give us our bill. We went as far as complaining to their head office and very much like the waitress they ignored us as well.

Tbe service was good. I found the quality of the food not great. Most of the meals are greasy and there are not many healthy options. The salads are a bit skimpy in the lettuce department

Pauline was the best thing that could happen to a restaurant owner. Friendly, sweet and quick, she was the perfect waitress. If you go to crabby joes in Alliston, ask for Pauline.

This was the worst restaurant I have ever been...

This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. My husband and I went a couple of weeks after they opened up, and it was a disaster. Our waiter took our drink order but never placed it. Then came by our table about 20 minutes later to tell us that he had forgotten to place our drink order, but he was going to do it right away. 20 minutes later we managed to get his attention and ask where our drinks were, and he apologized and said that he had placed the order but forgotten to pick them up. We got our drinks about 10 minutes later, and placed our food order at the same time. We were starving and skipped appetizers as it was already taking so long, so all we ordered were main courses. The restaurant was busy so our waiter said that it would be about 30 minutes before our food would be ready. Again, about 30 minutes later we managed to get his attention and ask where our food was, and he went to the kitchen to check. He came back and said that he had forgotten to place our order, but he did so then. We asked could he put a rush on it, and he flatout said no, that all orders were processed in the sequence they were received. We ordered a second round of drinks while we waited, the waiter apologized, and promised us free desserts because he had screwed up so much. About 20 minutes later our food arrived, but not our second round of drinks, so we ordered them again. We finished our meal, the waiter came by and apologized again, and informed us that we could not get free desserts because his manager said no, and that he would have to pay for our desserts out of his own money if we ordered them. We skipped the dessert, paid our bill, and went home. A few days later I went online to do our banking, and saw that the restaurant had charged my credit card twice. I then had to return to the restaurant so they could process my credit. I expected some type of apology or restaurant credit, but received nothing. We will NEVER return!
