Customers beware
Do not use this contracter. We gave Don from Apex construction a deposit of $2100. for windows around November 27, 2013. He has not yet installed the windows. He has been making excuses since then, saying, the window company closes down for a month at Christmas, they have not come in, etc... According to the window company, the order was not placed until December 31, 2013, and windows have been in since the middle of February. He has only paid a deposit on them and still owes $1400. He is not returning phone calls or returning keys so locks have to now be changed.
