Delivered different product to my home, did not replace with item I thought I purchased. Table cracked in less than a year.
Have been waiting for a refund since February 2016. Promised several times that they will send money but they never do. They completed ignore all phone calls, texts, emails etc. they take your money quickly but then disappear. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for furniture. Their "company" goes by several other names including kayden Madison wood
Failed to deliver product, non-responsive, I requested refund and refuses to do so. Don't bother - there are many other reputable folks out there. Still has my money and is still advertising his services. I may not get my money back but maybe I can save yours.
If I could I would give a zero rating. Reason being I never received a product nor a refund for my deposit which was promised. This nightmare started 10 months ago with a promise of delivery in 4-6 weeks. After numerous attempts to reach the seller I was contacted with a very rude response. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to determine if further action can be taken to receive my deposit refund. Overall a very unprofessional business.
Sorry to say but this guy - Anthony C. - will take your deposit (as much as you will give) and never deliver the product. Highly recommend you purchase elsewhere. As other reviews say, they are very responsive up to purchase then disappear and never deliver any item... in our case it was a harvest table.
The owners engage in deceptive business practices by accepting your deposit money, promising custom furniture and failing to deliver. ever. They are superb at responding before to emails etc. before they collect your deposit money. Once your money is taken, GOOD LUCK. I am not a stand alone disgruntled customer ... I recommend you do some research on social media. You will find many other negative stories on Blackstone Wood Designs and Construction. Kijiji beware ...

Just received my large order placed in November 2015, I'm more in love with it now then over pictures. 3 beds and 2 dining tables and a vanity. I know I'll be getting many compliments when guest come and I rent out the cottage! THANK YOU BLACKSTONE! Quality work (delayed 3 weeks but I didn't want to rush it) custom orders take time, I'm a contractor I would know! Cheers
I received my items about 2 weeks ago, a bed set (beautiful) and custom table. I might add it did take about 4 weeks past due date but I was ok with waiting as I didn't want my items rushed. Turned out beautiful and I get compliments every time someone's over. I actually spoke to his supplier (I'm a picky person) and he was awesome to deal with as well. Choosing my wood being freshly cut from someone local set my mind at ease.
This company should be treated as a scam. Deposit provided in October with promise or delivery 4 weeks later. Coffee table was delivered in February and made from rotten barn wood that was infested with ants. Replacement was promised with numerous false delivery dates (never showed up). After months of daily emails to owner, refund was promised. Recently, owner claimed that his lawyer told him that he was not obligated to refund. Table will be going in the fire pit this weekend.
I made a full payment in March and was promised a delivery date on 3 separate dates and never showed. I am currently unemployed, have young children and was really excited about my items as we desperately need a table. Now I don't know if I'll ever see my items or my money. Also, customers are complaining that he is using cheap materials as he is clearly behind on his orders. This guy is bad news. Do not do order from Blackstone Wood Designs. Unprofessional and dishonest to say the least.
This business posed as a private seller on Kijiji. Secured a deposit and have twice promised delivery and have not showed. Unethical does not begin to describe their business practices. STAY AWAY!
Horrible customer service. They don't respond to emails, phone calls or messages. Paid for products in February and still haven't received my itrms Buyer beware!!
Awlful customer service. Will not return phone calls or email messages. Deposit given in November and still waiting on the completion of the bed frame.
The worst customer service. Ordered a bench in august and have not received it. Refusing to return deposit. Don't give them your money. Not the only one dealing with the same issues.

Items look great but over time not great quality at all and awful customer communications, very long delay in receiving my items.
