ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! They partner up with autobody shops, towtruck drivers etc. They come running to you when you get into an accident so PLEASE MAKE SURE you do not sign with this company - Remember their name and address. They charged me $500 for cancellation fees, $2500 for an engine problem that they did not disclose in the first place, and extra charges that I had to refute with the bank.
Terrible! In the tiny fine print they mention a min two week rental and an outrageous amount to bring the car back early. After 5 days was told I must pay $400 to return the car with 8 days left on the contract. STAY AWAY!
Worst ever car rentals in whole town have no respect for the customers also the vehicles are not up to the mark i rented a honda accord which got its engine blown in the middle of a highway also the cars are not even cleaned in these difficult situations of the pandemic
Stay away from Elegant Rent a Car! They are scammers that charged us with $250 for early return. We did not need the car and had to work with our insurance company to work out another deal.
The people in that office are far from Elegant- they are there to make money and scam people. Stay Away from this place.

Would never recommend Elegant Car Rental!!!! Trust me not my choice, but this is who the auto body place deals with. They billed me over $1300 after my insurance ran out and without telling me the auto body place wasn’t paying. They knew I would have gladly returned the vehicle but instead stayed quiet and charged me without knowledge. Do not want to see this happening to anyone else. They lie and they don’t care! Not a way to run a good business!
Had to choose a rating but my Rating is minus 5. Not elegant at all. Worse service ever. Make you wait an hour for the car. Also, cars are old lots of kilometers and lots of features in the car dont work. Cancellation fee? Never again and i am still to get my 250 cancellation back. They will slip one day. They are not business minded people.

If you want a car stinks like cigartes and bald tires then rent from them but stay away.
Got a new 2017 Honda with tires so bald I couldn’t believe it the car reeked of smoke told them the car needs a tire change they told me pregnant wife the she had permission to change it are you kidding me!
Horrible Company - If they magically appear with a rental car after you have been in an accident DO NOT SIGN anything.... They will charge you a $250.00 cancellation fee if you try to return the car the next day. They expect you to keep the car to 2 weeks!! Very shady
This is the worst car rental company I have been to. I had an accident on the highway, and the tow truck company referred Elegant so I took a car from them. When I was trying to return the car to them after a week, they were trying to charge me $250 admin fee for returning the car earlier than the due date, which they did not explain to me when I signed the contract. They threaten me if I don't keep the car for another week, they would charge me the admin fee. Such a unethical business!
Right after the accident, the rental car showed up very quickly and the contract was signed. Little did we know that there was an end date to it, which is hard to imagine as I never mentioned how long i wanted the car and how can I ever guess how long the process will take to repair the car? We returned the car before the end date and was penalized for $250. Insurance will not cover it since it should not have been part of the rental cost at all!

I have never before written a negative review for any business, but this one pushed me over the edge. Unsafe cars, terrible service and a business full of deception.
These guys came on site at the accident into the night to drop off a rental car for me - they advertise complimentary local drop off and pick up. I thought AWESOME service! That is until I had to return the car. They refused to pick the car up outside of business hours and tried to charge me for the weekend even though I returned the car first thing Sat morning. They also charge you $250 if your insurance does not cover a rental even if you try to return it the next day. Read before you sign!!
