There is no zero star ranking. The customer service is worst. The guy at reception doesn't know how to talk. He shows attitude. Girls who do the service just think about money only. They don't respect their customers. Only thing they care about money. No matter if you go by making appointment or not, still you have to wait for hrs. If you argue about waiting time, they tell you to leave. I would rather prefer to spend more money to other places where they know how to respect than these people.
The nail tech argued with me about the colour, which did not match the colour swatch. The quality of the manicure was sloppy and amateurish. The tech was on her cell while still sitting at the table. Talking the entire time to her coworker in another language. After the shellac dried, she filed each nail. I've never had anyone file my nails afterwards. I asked for my nails to be cut twice because I noticed, after the polish, the lengths. The lamps burnt when placing my nails after each coat. 0/5
Horrible customer service, don't know what they are doing and are rude AF. Even when done talking she keeps going on complaining for the next 30 min like she is the customer!

I agree with all the other reviews for this salon- horrible horrible customer service. They do not care to provide a positive experience for their clients let alone the bare minimum service that the client is paying for. The managers walk away from customers while the customers are still talking, they yell and are extremely rude. Not worth your time...going to any other salon will be a better bang for your buck, time and peace of mind.
They do not do a good job and are extremely rude. I sat down to get my nails done and the lady immediately asked me how much I weigh (extremely rude and none of your business), and then CORRECTS ME by saying "no no no no, at least x amount" LOL. Then she proceeded to pick at my cuticles so hard, one of my nails began bleeding. On another instance, they cut my friend's ankle during a pedicure. DO NOT COME HERE. People only come because of the convenient location and lack of other salon options.
Zero stars!!! I used to be a regular client until the manager started yelling at me because my shellac started horribly chipping after 4 days. I tried telling the girl (numerous times) while she was doing it that I felt she was rushing and I wasn't happy with how my mani/ pedi were turning out. They have list a regular client. I specifically created an account to write this review to warn people not to go/not ignore the MANY Negative reviews. Terrible customer service!!!!!
Worst Nail Salon ever! I've been going to this place since Spring-twice a month. Today I forgot my wallet in my office and they wouldn't let me leave to get my wallet so I can pay them within an hour. I had to leave my phone there. I've always recommended this Salon to others but now I will never go there not even if it's the only nail Salon in Brampton or Canada. The managers nor staff know any of their clients. Completely ridiculous system.
After not even a week having shellac it started to chip. Being a regular customer here, I figured they would fix it but nope instead I get accused of it being my fault. It's ridiculous, they have lost a customer. I will never come back now, very poor customer service.
The customer service in this place is a joke. Management is extremely rude. If you have a problem with your nails they dont want to fix it. The manager actually pushed me out of her way. I've never seen management shout and scream at an unsatisfied customer before. It was unreal. Don't go to this place. There are many other nail salons in Brampton. Put your money in a place that respects and values its customers.
Rude manager..behaves like a child having a bad day @ school
I was a regular client until the manager misbehaved for two days in a row. I called in and booked an appointment. When I got there, the manager told me that my girl had left. The next day, I called in and booked the appointment again. As I was waiting for my turn, another customer and I started talking about our experiences. The manager heard us and started arguing. I asked her to stop but when she didn't, I decided to get up and leave. I feel sorry for the staff who has to deal with her daily.
This was my second time here and again the manager was very rude. He yelled and kicked me out of the store and refused to fix my nail which was there fault. The service was terrible and the staff was even worst.
I'm being there tree times for Manicure and pedicure.. Really bad experience, the people that work there just trying to do their way pushing to get shilac or design... when I say no they just get upset..... the way they work is rude....

I booked an appointment to get my gel nails filled at this place. When I got there, the manager made me wait 45 minutes before getting my nails done, that too after I prompted her after waiting for 30 minutes that I have been waiting for much longer than I expected! The lady doing my nails claimed that I couldn't get a refill of my gel nails because I had them done at another salon and thus they need to give me a new set which I unhappily agreed to. While she was doing my nails,
I love this place. They have very friendly staff who make it easy to accommodate my needs. I have had shellac done here many times and it always lasts longer than I expected. Love it!
i wouldn't even give it one star i would give it none! went in to get a mani pedi on my natural nails, no shellac, the lady use a power tool on my nails and i left with huge dents in all of my nails that i now have to wait months to fully grow out! went to speak to the manage who made me wait an hour, and after i finally spoke to her she said she could not refund the money or do anything i would have to wait for it to grow out! absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!
