Had to get CPR done on my hair. Cut, can't complain. The colour however is lacking in spots. Went home directly from the salon and areas were blotchy and uneven. He is a great stylist, colourist I doubt: his vision was really impressive for what was there. I did not find it friendly or even remotely welcoming. Was waiting to have price brought up, good thing I wasn't on a budget. For short hair with solid colour, over $225 is pretty steep for what I got.
I have been going here for 10 years to be exact! The service is ALWAYS phenomenal. They provide you with their complete honesty and feedback. Extremely warm hearted people who work here.
All of them are super professional and maintain the place clean! I highly recommend this place! Trust me, I am extremely big on customer service and professionalism!

This place is so horrible they're not even friendly at all! A hair cut is 32 plus to blow dry you have to pay more! The last time I went was to fix my orange hair the guy did an okay job he cut my bangs UNEVENLY I had to go home and FIX THEM then the girl in training decided to blow dry my bangs and never asked which side I wear it then MESSES IT UP and starts blaming ME for having SHORT BANGS! Worst service ever and no discounts for tje horrible service because again it was my fault for having short bangs! Go to first choice hair cutters not this sad excuse for a business!
Second time going to this salon and left just as happy as I did the first time. Will definitely keep coming back. Julie is amazing and goes beyond my expectations. She knows exactly what I want in regards to colour, cut and style, and ensures I am happy before I leave! Salon is very clean and hairdressers seem to have great relationships with their customers. A bit pricey, but you pay for what you get-- an amazing job that will leave you happy :)
Service is very poor. Employees are not friendly and do not create a welcoming environment. You have to pay extra for styling which is very silly since the cut alone is already $32.
