Doesn’t honour guarantee. Uses substandard,plants. Has lots of excuses for why things don’t grow that are not fact based. Gets angry if you question these statements. Rude, no patience, thinks she can send people,to your property to plant even if you are not present, which is invasive and disrespectful.
