Terrible Hair Experience

I went here trusting to be dealt with in a professional manner and what I got was far from it. Annie (hair sytlist) said she was doing a "moisturizing treatment" on my hair and what the end result was that she bleached my entire head of hair without my consent. My hair is now falling out in clumps and I've had to cut the remaining parts of my hair. I have NEVER been treated so rudely or left an hair appointment in tears as I did with J & C Hair Salon in Vaughan, ON.
