Sold my mother a poorly manufactured washing machine, and has been avoiding calls to replace or repair it for nearly a month. Had a 10 day warranty, broke in the warranty period, and my mother immediately called an requested service. They claimed there was a health issue preventing service, and we have been lenient thus far, but they have turned off voicemail and refused to answer our calls.
