TERRIBLE. TO BEGIN THE SITE ADVERTISED 10 % OFF PICK UP ORDERS OVER 40 DOLLARS. I SPENT 75 DOLLARS ONLY TO BE TOLD UPON PICKING UP THAT THEY NO LONGER GIVE DISCOUNTS, NOTHING. WHEN I ASKED FOR SOME HOT SAUCE AND SOYA SAUCE THEY GAVE ME 3 PIECES. THE FOOD WAS FAR INFERIOR TO ANY OTHER C HINESE FOOD RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM BEFORE. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
Simply Amazing! I can't believe I only found them recently! The food is spot on especially the gen tao ch, and the chicken pad thai. Everything from the staff to the food are really goood
This is a 2nd location for a family business started in Elora. Opened only a few months, the decor is a lovely blend of zen and modern and extends into the washrooms which are spotlessly clean. Jack, the proprietor, if time allows greets each patron personally in a friendly, welcoming manner. If one visits often enough, the wait staff attempts to remember your name too. Granted the service is sometimes just a little slow but only when there are a lot of patrons or particularly large take-out orders. Otherwise, service is prompt and attentive.
The food is delicious, easily the best in the city. All the traditional items one expects to be on the menu are there and the portions are more than generous. The sweet & sour chicken balls feature an extremely large core of juicy white meat surrounded by a thin, crunchy batter - not a soggy one in the bunch! And all the other items that I have eaten were equally well done and tasty.
I personally know folks from Fergus who drive down for their 'fix' of Jack's fare and, on a recent occasion, overheard a diner from Rockwood say he came on the basis of word of mouth among his neighbours.
