senior employees are lazy. Lots of old dusty packages around the warehouse. when delivery trucks get full they leave packages on the floor and place them in the truck the next shift. poor standards overall.
UPS truly is a consistently poor and disappointing company. Low standards for attempting or following through with an initial delivery, customer service is reasonably quick to answer the phone- but extremely unhelpful and the agents who claim to solve a problem happen to result in very little benefit to the customer. Example: once again Im going to their dispatch centre to get a package, rather than they commit to a reasonable delivery standard of < 1 to 2 days on a 2nd attempt.
