Kanz Heating & Air Conditioning

Got this guys contact number through a friend. Called him twice to come and look at the AC. Promised that he will arrive on so and so date. I moved my work and waited for this guy and never turned up. Totally unprofessional. Keep away. Glad that he didn’t turned up cant trust. if he would have replaced the AC and it gets complaint he may gonna repeat the same.

I had a new Furnace and AC put in by Kamran. He was very informative, very professional and friendly. Even offers fast and efficient service. He explained me how to get the best use and service from furnace and A/C. Showed me the finished job and explained how the thermostat worked. And,left everything very tidy. I was satisfied with my insulation.

Kamran the owner of the company is very unprofession. He might be cheap, but with that cheap deal comes bad workmanship and no customer service. I personally found the owner negligent and rude. I wa not satisfied with his ductwork and when I called him back to fix it he never showed up and wa rude on phone.
